during my stay, I loved that I could easily walk to Canterbury Cathedral and the beautiful St Augustine's Abbey in just about 15 minutes, allowing me to soak in the history and charm of the city, and the hotel itself had such friendly staff who made my experience feel welcoming and pleasant.

Had a lovely time here! The location was spot on, super easy to walk into town and find stuff to do. Our cottage had loads of room, perfect for me, my son, and our dog. The gardens were beautiful for walks. Only thing was, quite a few stairs, so watch if you got mobility issues.

In my wife’s opinion, the Wi-Fi could be stronger, especially with kids needing to stream shows. A family-friendly activity guide would be a great addition.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Canterbury. The spacious king room offered a cozy ambiance, while the breakfast spread was absolutely delightful. Only a minor downside was the shower pressure, but the beautiful surroundings and friendly staff truly enhanced my experience.

The King Room was spacious and had a really comfortable bed. Loved the view of the beautiful garden from the window! The bathroom was nice, with no issues on heating or hot water. Just an overall cozy vibe. Would’ve liked a bit more lighting near the bedside, and maybe some better shower pressure. Those little things would’ve made it perfect.

This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, free parking, and outdoor dining. The staff once helped me return documents I left. Everyone is welcoming, making it easy to relax. I’m returning for my business trip!
